80 grams green papaya
30 grams carrot
50 grams cooking oil (for deep-frying)
2 pcs (120 grams) river prawns
10 grams cherry tomatoes
3 grams garlic
5 grams peanuts
5 grams dried shrimp
15 grams string beans
2 grams chili
5 grams palm sugar
30 grams fish sauce
1 pc lemon
10 grams tamarind paste
Peel green papaya and carrot, then slice, shred and deep-fry for the salad.
Marinate river prawns with salt and pepper, grill until well-cooked; set aside.
Mix all ingredients, dried shrimp, string beans and chill, and then add palm sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients, papaya, fish sauce, lemon juice and seasoning.
Arrange the grilled river prawns on top of the somtum.
