Red Sky restaurant’s executive sous-chef Hugo Coudurier invites you to savour an unforgettable tasting experience with a special five-course menu:

  • Seasonal-Tasting---Iberico-Bellota-Pork-RackFigue de Sollies salad with baby watermelon and Cabecou goat cheese
  • Mediterranean fish soup Rouille crouton and Bouchot Mussel
  • Char-grilled Sicilian octopus Pachino tomato and sweet basil stew
  • Iberico Bellota pork rack braised radicchio, rosemary flower
  • Peach “Melba” raspberry sauce, Bourbon vanilla ice cream and a choice of coffee or tea

Available from now until end of September 2015 and priced at 3,255 baht ++ per person or with wine pairing at 4,955 baht ++ per person. Guests are also welcome to try each course on an a la carte basis.

Red Sky restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6 pm onwards.
