Sheraton Pattaya Resort’s Elements Restaurant is staging a grand festive buffet for dinner on Christmas Eve and lunch on Christmas Day, while New Year’s Eve will see a countdown buffet on the resort’s private beach.
On Christmas Eve, the dinner buffet has a carving station with a roasted whole turkey and chestnut and raisin stuffing, turkey roll and leg of lamb, and a baked sea bass crusted with seafood. There will also be a BBQ station with a mountain of fresh seafood. Price per person is 2,100 baht ++, and for free-flowing wine there is a supplement of 1,100 baht ++.
Christmas Day features a fresh sushi and sashimi bar, and on ice is rock lobster, oysters, tiger prawns, Alaskan king crab and heaps more. A caviar station and a foie gras station are included. A roasted whole turkey and mushroom-stuffed turkey roll are at the carvery, along with prime rib of beef and baked salmon. Kids have their own supervised action with food and fun at the Phratamnak Room. Price per person is 2,300 baht ++, and for free-flowing wine there is a supplement of 1,100 baht++.
The theme of the New Year’s Eve countdown party is White, with the buffet being staged on the resort’s private beach.
On ice is heaps of seafood including Alaskan king crab, and there is BBQ seafood with all the dips and sauces. Roasted Australian prime rib is served at the carving station, the BBQ station includes Wagyu rib-eye and rack of lamb, a live cooking station is preparing foie gras, and there is a range of hot dishes including braised short-rib. A DJ spins music throughout the evening, and a live band plays from 7 pm right through the midnight countdown, when there is a glorious firework display over Pattaya Bay. Price per person is 3,800 baht ++.
