Throughout the month of May, Executive Chef Antony Scholtmeyer is offering a menu based around succulent tuna. Chu Toro is a medium fatty tuna that is renowned the world over for its unique taste and texture. It is taken from the belly of the tuna fish and is highly prized in Japan.
Menus bases around Chu Toro are available from May 2-31, 2017, Tuesday to Saturday, 6 to 10:30 pm. 4-course menu is 3,900 baht ++ per person, 5,900 baht ++ per person for 5-course menu and à la carte dishes from 800 baht ++.
