Rich, smooth foie gras is at Acqua

Acqua_Jun-2017_The creamy taste of foie gras from Landes in the southwest of France, a region renowned for its poultry, is being prepared in three distinct ways by the Acqua chefs at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya throughout June.

Seared foie gras is served with green lentil salad and tangy vinaigrette at 450 baht ++, homemade ravioli stuffed with blue cheese is covered with a rich foie gras sauce and priced at 650 baht ++, and foie gras tops the classic tournedos Rossini, with the filet mignon accompanied by Madeira sauce and butter spinach, and priced at 1,800 baht ++.

Acqua is a warm and cosy restaurant featuring views over the resort’s water park, and suitable both for convivial evenings and romantic dinners. The restaurant is open every day from 6 to 11 pm.
