Szechuan delights served up at Oasis

Poached-sliced-beef-in-hot-chili-oilThe spicy, earthy, rich flavours of China’s southwestern Szechuan province are on the Oasis menu in Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya throughout June, available all day every day!

Kung pao chicken is created from chicken that is stir-fried with mixed nuts and Szechuan chilli peppers, and is priced at 280 baht ++. Poached sliced beef served in a hot chilli oil made from Chinese wine, dried red chilli, garlic, and Szechuan pepper is priced at 420 baht ++. The famous Szechuan hot and sour soup, 220 baht ++, is a powerfully flavoured soup made with pork julienne, black mushrooms, tofu, vinegar, and Szechuan peppercorns.

Oasis has both indoor and outdoor seating, and is open from 6 am to 11 pm.
