Holiday Inn Pattaya has introduced an exciting selection of new recipes to its menu at East Coast Kitchen and Café G. The signature dishes were created by Chef Ian Kittichai, an ambassador on IHG’s new Culinary Panel. Five celebrated international chefs have been appointed IHG Culinary Ambassadors to develop a repertoire of unique signature dishes for guests dining in IHG’s hotels across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.
Guests can expect to taste delectable delights such as grilled pork with lemongrass, spicy and sour soup with grilled tiger prawn, vegetable yellow curry, crispy rice cracker with chicken in coconut milk relish, and crispy turmeric marinated chicken fare.
