Red Sky restaurant’s chef de cuisine, Hugo Coudurier, is determined to beat the Bangkok heat with a new seasonal summer menu. This summer-lovin’ luxury feast starts off with a Warm asparagus salad served with quail eggs, smoked salmon and spring greens, followed by Artichoke and black truffle soup served with toasted mushroom brioche. The mouth-watering main courses will be Golden chanterelle risotto with patta negra, parmesan and truffles, and French Lozere lamb rack with pomme puree and morel jus. Rounding off with a luscious Apricot crumble served with sweetly melting mounds of Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to try each course on an a la carte basis or the entire set menu for just 3,255 baht ++ per person.
Red Sky restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6 pm onwards, and this epic European summer menu is available from now until the end of April 2015.
