Red Sky restaurant’s chef de cuisine, Hugo Coudurier, will be using lavender as a key culinary ingredient in the preparation of a truly special four-course menu. The starter will be a delicate Almond, garlic and grape Gazpacho which also contains lavender flowers and Andalusian olive oil. This is followed by a classic warm appetizer of Pan-seared Sarlat foie gras, set off by peaches and lavender-infused syrup. Then the main attraction will be served – a sizzling charcoal-grilled rack of lamb topped with pure lavender honey Aioli. Guests will be ending this aromatic journey with an apricot and lavender crumble paired with Tahitian vanilla ice cream and a choice of coffee or tea.
Lavender menu is available from now until the end of July 2015. Price at 2,955 baht ++ per person or pairing with wine at 4,295 baht ++ per person.
Red Sky restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6 pm onwards.
