Beef lovers will enjoy dining at Elements restaurant from January 6 to 31, 2015 as this casual dining venue is adding beef from Japan to its extensive à la carte menu.

Guests may order the finest cuts of Hokkaido, Matsuzaka and Kiwami beef cooked to order as part of a memorable à la carte dining experience. Chef de Cuisine Henry Jordan recommends Kiwami Wagyu sirloin with anchovy salt, roasted morels, Wagyu fat roasted carrots and sake-dashi bath.

Prices start from 2,200 baht ++ and these additional choices are available for dinner every evening from 6 to 10:30 pm.

Elements is located on the 25th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
