Cheers turned to groans as police forced their way into a house near Rom Poh Market, near Jomtien Second Road. Neighbors had complained about loud noise coming from the gambling den. Police found 11 gamblers and a variety of betting paraphernalia including dice, hi-low counters, and cards, as well as a checklist of European football matches.
