A woman claiming to work at a shop in Tukcom, South Pattaya, ‘borrowed’ several mobile phones and Iphones from another Tokcom vender, then disappeared. The store where she had once worked had no idea of her whereabouts, saying 27-year-old Piyarat Saelim had quit days before the incident. Police are looking for the woman. Staff at the victimized store explained that were not unduly concerned when Piyarat took the items as it is common for shops to borrow from each other for a short time.
