Over 100 doctors attended a conference hosted by the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya to update themselves on the latest treatments for mental illness and allied disorders.
Deputy Mayor Wattana Jantanawaranon presided over a ceremony at City Hall to hand out small pins to administrators, officials and others involved in local government services.
