On behalf of the Pattaya Police Department, Police Colonel Nantawoot, recently gratefully accepted a 6 camera CCTV system from Bangkok based, People Fu Technology Company. This very generous gift, worth in excess of 55,000 baht, will now allow the officers to cover the cell area on the second floor of the station. This will allow a better level of safety for all lodgers, and it is hoped, that in the near future, the system can be expanded to incorporate the rest of the police station.
