Banyan Tree Bangkok welcomes Michelin Awarded Spanish chef Diego Campos and son

high-resolution-Diego's-photoCelebrated restaurateur chef Diego Campos brings his long-nurtured recipes and signature cooking style to Banyan Tree Bangkok. He is joined by son and partner Ruben, making this a uniquely two-gen family culinary affair.  Already a dedicated student of the kitchen at age 14, chef Diego spent his formative years in top European kitchens, particularly France and Spain, before venturing afield for positions in Russia, Tokyo, and China. In 1983, he established Rincon de Diego restaurant in Tarragona, Spain, which he runs with his wife along with son and executive chef Ruben. And now Bangkok diners can experience first-hand the intriguing and supremely satisfying flavours of chef Diego and son’s Spanish and Catalan inspired cuisine in a four-course set menu that will available from February 23 to 25 at Vertigo TOO, Banyan Tree Bangkok.
