Experienced and skillful Alan Wesley Kwan has taken over the kitchen of the Red Sky restaurant as executive sous chef. Chef Alan is an American national and has more than 20 years of rich experience in leading catering facilities in well-known hotels and restaurants.
He has created new, exciting dishes and highlights for the new menu, which include North Atlantic Salmon Tartar, Poached Mediterranean Octopus, Corn and Truffle filled Agnolotti Pasta, American Wagyu Short Rib, Pan Fried Duck Foie Gras and Roasted Baby Chicken.
