Posted by Recently twelve Pattaya real estate brokers, all members of the Real Estate Broker Association Eastern Seaboard (REBA-ES) and the Real Estate Broker Association of Thailand (REBA), received their certificates for the successful completion of the prestigious NAR course: ‘Certified Residential Specialist’ (CRS).
The NAR-CRS ‘Certified Residential Specialist’ (CRS) course was held between the 1st and 4th February 2010 in Bangkok and sponsored by the Thai Appraisal foundation and REBA Thailand.
In a ceremony conducted by Khun Paisan Bundityanond (Founder and Charter President of REBA Thailand, Founder and Honorary Chairman of REBA-ES and owner of Rabbit Resort, Pattaya), Dr. Somsak Muneepeerakul (President of REBA Thailand), Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai (President of Thai Appraisal Foundation) and Gail G. Lyons (NAR/CRS Certified Instructor, REALTOR® for 27 years and Owner of Boulder Real Estate Services, USA) the following delegates were presented with their Certificates:

The above-named members of REBA-ES who received the CRS Designation completed advanced courses (4 days), demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate and successfully completed and passed all of the course exams (x4).

CRS is a designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR-USA).

The twelve successful Pattaya REBA-ES CRS delegates have not only qualified for CRS membership, but have also qualified for and will become members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® ‘REALTOR®’.
