The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is considering opening an investigation against at least 10 people for their alleged role in delaying justice in the 2012 hit-and-run case involving wealthy scion Vorayuth Yoovidhya alias Boss was involved. Niwatchai Kasemmongkol, the NACC spokesperson, said the findings in the report of an independent panel led by former NACC member Vicha Mahakun indicate that a number of people, including several police officers and prosecutors, have played a major role in inducing prosecutors to prosecute Mr Vorayuth.
