A cold front from China covers most of Thailand

Thailand’s Meteorological Institute said a cold front from China is approaching Thailand, as a result, temperatures in Bangkok’s central and eastern provinces are set to drop by 3 to 5° Celsius today, even in the northern and northeastern provinces. The meteorological institute predicted that the temperature will drop by 5 to 9° Celsius.

Temperatures are likely to begin to drop as early as today, especially in the northern and northeastern provinces, dropping another 5 to 9 degrees Celsius in the next 48 hours. The average temperature there will then be 14-15°.

In Bangkok, the surrounding area and other central and eastern provinces, the average temperature will be 20-21oC.
