Andrew Tate’s custody has been extended. Andrew and his brother Tristan will remain detained in Romania until at least February 27. That’s what the judge ruled today.
Tate was arrested in late December. The former kickboxer is suspected of human trafficking and rape. Earlier this month, Tate asked for his release, but the judge ruled that both he and his brother would have to remain in prison for at least 30 days. That detention has now been extended again.
In addition to the two brothers, two Romanian men have also been arrested. They would be behind a criminal organization that aims to recruit women and exploit them by forcing them to make pornographic images. Those images are then offered on a pay site, which would have made Tate a lot of money.
