Bangkok Hospital Pattaya has announced that pre-registration will be open for free vaccines for foreigners and expatriates with injections from Oct. 15. The hospital will provide 2 doses of AstraZeneca free of charge to eligible applicants.
Registration is open until all vaccines have been forgiven and can be obtained online via the following link: Bangkok Hospital
The vaccination is provided free of charge by the Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, with a total of 900 vaccines available to those who register. Vaccine registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you haven’t received a vaccine yet, apply immediately.
The Thai health service has arranged the registration to be open to all foreign residents who are not Thai citizens and are over the age of 18 but have never received a Covid-19 vaccine before.
The Bangkok Hospital program of providing vaccines to expatriates will continue through the second half of October, with vaccinations being administered at a vaccine centre on the 6th floor of Central Festival Pattaya Beach.
5 dates and times have been confirmed for the vaccine run-in, the details of the vaccination centre are as follows:
- Friday, October 15, 2021, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Limited to 200 vaccines
- Wednesday, October 20, 2021, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Limited to 200 vaccines

- Friday, October 29, 2021, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Limited to 200 vaccines
This move by Bangkok Hospital Pattaya comes as Pattaya officials have pushed for 80% vaccination levels for the entire population of the city to be reached before its scheduled reopening on Nov. 1.
Pattaya Mayor Sonthaya Khunpluem, who himself had just received his booster shot while encouraging others to join, commented on the need to vaccinate everyone.
“Pattaya also vaccinates people who are not listed as residents, as well as foreigners and migrants to ensure everyone is protected.”
