Construction of the luxury condominium “Arom Wongamat” in Naklua started against all expectations

After several years of silence, construction noise has returned to Wongamat Beach in Nakluas Soi 16. Contrary to the belief of many residents that the Covid 19 crisis would delay planned major real estate projects, Colors Development, a joint venture between the property developers Apus Development Group, The Urban Property and Sirisa Group have resumed construction on what is currently the most sensational construction project in the north of the city – Arom Wongamat.

The 3.7 billion baht luxury condominium includes 319 apartments on 55 floors and a 4,820 square meter common area with a multi-storey swimming pool, sauna, fitness, yoga, spa, massage and other amenities.

It will be built on one of the last beach lots cleared for development on Wongamat Beach – between the Ananya Beachfront Condominium and the Surf & Turf Restaurant. Following Colors Development, Arom Wongamat is the most exclusive residential project in northern Pattaya. One and two-bedroom apartments and spacious penthouse apartments with 210 square meters of living space are offered.

All units offer breathtaking panoramic views over the sea and Koh Larn, while the exclusive “Signature Units” with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony are unbeatable in terms of exclusivity. Prices start at 6.2 million baht. According to Chalermphon Khoncham, Managing Director of Colors Development, the coronavirus outbreak did not affect sales as the project targeted customers with high purchasing power.
