Information about traffic, access, parking rules for visiting the countdown festival in Pattaya
Earlier this week, the Deputy Mayor inspected the traffic situation in this coastal town, announcing a host of measures to make it as easy as possible for everyone.
For example, traffic around the Bali Hai Pier will be closed from today until January 1 from 3 PM to 2 AM.
Several roadblocks will divert traffic, removing unwanted parked vehicles
Yesterday, the road barriers were placed around the pier and on the Bali Hai Viaduct, making the pier accessible only on foot, this is possible via Walking Street, from under the viaduct, the road from the Royal Cliff Hotel, via the naval rescue office and crossing the Bali Hai Pavilion.
The official seating area of the concert will be limited to 2,500 people, all of whom must be able to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated against Covid19 and present a recent negative coronavirus test result.
Parking is available at Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, The Avenue Pattaya, Big C South Pattaya, Lotus South Pattaya, Makro South Pattaya, 8 Pattaya City School (Pattayanukul), Wat Chaimongkol Royal Temple, Attajinda Road and the lower area traffic junction (for motorcycles).
