Kevin Spacey has said in London court he will “firmly” deny his guilt of sexual misconduct. The actor may await the continuation of the lawsuit in freedom.
Spacey is due to return to London on July 14. The 62-year-old actor has four charges against him. Three men have said that the actor has assaulted them several times. One of those offences would have involved accidental penetration. The various incidents are said to have taken place between 2005 and 2013.
Spacey has always claimed his innocence and has travelled to London specifically to prove it in Westminster court. Because Spacey has obligations in the United States and has agreed to return for the next hearing, the judge does not require him to stay in the United Kingdom.
