Reportedly, Mike Tyson will step back into the ring in February 2022 to fight none other than YouTuber Logan Paul. Although the fight hasn’t been officially announced (yet), Logan doesn’t mince words and explains why he’s going to give Mike Tyson a taste of his own medicine in the ring.

In an interview with Fight Hub TV, 26-year-old Logan was asked why he thinks he could beat Mike Tyson. While acknowledging that Tyson is very strong, he says his young age gives him an important advantage. “I love Mike Tyson, but I really think I can beat him. Mike is too old and getting older. Fatherhood takes its toll in the end. I have the reflexes of a cat. A young, fast cat.”

To make his point, Logan also briefly mentions his fight against Floyd Mayweather. He says he never expected to last eight rounds against Floyd. “We saw it with Floyd too. There is absolutely no reason why I could hold out against Floyd for eight rounds. There is no reason why that should be possible.”

Logan said earlier this year that he thinks he can beat Mike Tyson. In his own podcast, he said he’s had the idea of fighting Tyson for a long time. “Someone was talking about Mike Tyson. My lawyer was talking about it and he said, ‘No, Tyson will rip your head off, you don’t stand a chance. I’m like, ‘I just went through all this. Don’t tell me I can’t beat Mike Tyson,” Logan said.
