Mike Tyson was seen as a ruthless boxer during his heyday because of his unprecedentedly powerful and fast fists. In fact, his explosive fighting style sometimes made him feel sorry for his opponent. For example, the legendary boxer recently revealed that he sometimes cried before the start of a match because he didn’t want to hurt his opponent.
Tyson told boxer Claressa Shields on an episode of his podcast Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson. In his own words, he was so aware of his own strength that he feared for the safety of his opponent. “I was afraid of what I might do to my opponent. I knew I was going to do something my opponent’s family wouldn’t like. At the end of the match, I felt guilty if I hurt my opponent, but that was just how I fought,” said Iron Mike.

Tyson ended his career as a professional boxer in 2005 but nevertheless appeared several times in the ring. For example, his most recent fight took place in November 2020 against Roy Jones Jr. YouTuber Logan Paul has also expressed his interest in fighting Tyson. The 26-year-old YouTuber thinks he can beat Tyson with ease, as the legendary boxer is more than twice his age.
