A motorcycle thief has been arrested in this coastal town while another suspect is still on the run. Mayusee Masae, 35, and his 34-year-old wife reported their stolen motorcycle to the Pattaya Police Department last week.

The motorcycle in question was stolen from the Tamus Nassareen Apartment in Naklua at 4 a.m. on May 26.

On Saturday, May 29, a Pattaya Police Department led by Lieutenant Colonel Padungpong Duksukkaew arrested 33-year-old Weerasak Prombut at a house in Nongprue. Police seized two motorcycles from him. Both would have been stolen, including the motorcycle in question from Khun Mayusee.

Lieutenant Colonel Padungpong told “Snelle Jelle” our local reporter the following: “The suspect faces multiple charges of theft. He has since admitted the allegations. However, Khun Weerasak’s partner in crime, Khun Ball, is still on the run.

We are on the hunt for him.”
