The chief of police Pattaya was transferred to the National Police headquarters in Bangkok yesterday after two cases of human trafficking and prostitution came to light in this coastal town, in which a Russian woman from the seventh floor of one residence on the Thappraya road fell, according to the Thai newspaper Matichon.

One of the three Chinese suspects in this case, a man and two women, was arrested yesterday.
