Rainstorm caused a cable fire in South Pattaya after which 5 engines had to be declared a total loss

Rain short-circuited a tangle of electrical wires in South Pattaya, igniting them spontaneously.

The fire reduced five engines to ashes after a high-voltage cable fell on the engines. Firefighters rushed to Bali Hai Pier, where they found the engines engulfed in flames amid a disorderly bundle of power and communications lines hanging from a nearby pole.

Fortunately, the fire was easily brought under control and the motorcycles were removed for owners to claim, the photos speak for themselves.
