The American version of the children’s program Sesame Street is used to promote corona vaccinations. CNN reported Saturday a video that shows how the characters viewers inform the jab.
In the United States, children between the ages of five and eleven can receive a corona vaccination for a week. That is why it is now being explained via Sesame Street what exactly such a vaccination entails.

Big Bird, the American version of Pino, shared on Twitter that he had been vaccinated. “I had the COVID-19 vaccine today. My wing feels a little sore, but it gives my body the extra protection it needs to keep myself and others healthy,” the tweet reads.
Well this stinks. Apparently, the COVID-19 vaccines won’t make you feel grouchy at all! That's what @KizzyPhD said at today's town hall, anyway. You might get a sore arm and feel tired, so at least there’s that.

Oscar also says he has been vaccinated. To his great disappointment, he has heard that people grumble less because of the vaccine. “You might get a sore arm and get a little tired, luckily there is.”
