An armed man opened fire at an American hospital in the US state of Oklahoma on Wednesday. At least four people were killed and several others were injured. The shooter then committed suicide.
It is a hospital in Tulsa, the second largest city in Oklahoma. The gunman entered Saint Francis Hospital, walked through the hallways to the second floor, and opened fire. The dead include hospital workers and patients.
The suspect has not yet been identified. His age is estimated to be between 35 and 40 years. He was said to have been carrying a rifle and pistol. Police have confirmed that the assailant shot himself after the shooting.
The shooting is the third in the US in two weeks. The racist terror attack in Buffalo was followed last week by the tragic shooting at an elementary school. The cry for a change to the gun laws in America grew louder and will only grow louder after the hospital shooting.
