State banks in shopping centers are closed in the dark red areas of Thailand
Branches of state banks in shopping centres or department stores in 13 dark red provinces, including Bangkok, will be closed from today, Tuesday, July 20 until further notice.
According to the Government Association for Financial Institutions (GFA), the closure is in line with the tightening of restrictions by the administrative centre for Covid19 containment, the CCSA, to contain the pandemic in the dark red zones.

Branches in shopping centres or department stores in other areas will close at 5 p.m. Individual branches not located in malls or department stores serve their customers until 3:30 p.m.
Branches in the country’s three southernmost provinces – Narathiwat, Pattani and Yala – will be closed at 3:00 PM BA.
The maximum controlled provinces are Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Narathiwat, Pathum Thani, Pattani, Ayutthaya, Yala, Songkhla, Samut Prakan and Samut Sakhon.
