The service desks are located on the 4th floor of the departure hall.

Check-in desks are staffed by staff from Bangplee Hospital and Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital.   The body temperature and blood pressure of the subjects to be vaccinated are first measured before their data is entered into the registration system. After that, appointment cards are issued for the vaccination.
